Pay as you go

No plan needed: each store costs $15 a month from LotsTech Credits, charged a little each day. Credits start at $10, never expire, and work in every Lots product.

Free to start

New accounts get 15,000 free LotsTech Credits, valid for 90 days: about a month of one store. No card needed. Pro and Business also include LotsNotes Pro while active.

Prices in USD. Yearly plans are billed once a year. Unlimited products, orders, customers and teammates are subject to fair use. Extra stores on a plan cost that plan's own rate. If a store is not funded, nothing is deleted: its storefront stays readable and new orders pause.

Do you take a cut of my sales?

No. You pay per store, and LotsStore takes 0% of your sales. You get paid into your own Stripe or Razorpay account, plus UPI and WhatsApp orders. Your payment provider charges its own processing fee, separately.

What about tax?

GST is built in. Elsewhere, include tax in your prices for now.

Is there a free trial?

New accounts get free LotsTech Credits, enough to run one store for about a month. No card needed to start. After that, choose a plan or keep paying as you go with credits.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on every plan. Start on a free yourstore.mylots.store address and connect your own domain whenever you are ready. HTTPS is set up for you.

What happens if I stop paying?

Nothing is deleted. Your storefront stays readable, new orders pause, and your dashboard becomes read-only until the store is funded again. Orders already placed can still be fulfilled and refunded.
