What Grok Bot can do with LotsStore

Once connected, Grok Bot can:

  • Add and update products, variants, prices, categories and collections. New products start as drafts.
  • Check and set stock for each variant.
  • See new orders, accept or reject them, and mark them processing, shipped or delivered.
  • Create and manage discount codes.
  • Read your sales: revenue, orders, average order value and where visitors drop off.
  • Look up customers, and moderate and reply to product reviews.
  • Publish your storefront once you approve its address.

The LotsStore dashboard does the whole job on its own too: products, stock, orders, customers, discounts, payments and your storefront. Your agent for speed, the dashboard for control.

You need

  • Grok Bot access with computer and terminal tools
  • A LotsStore API key, supplied through secure credential storage
  • A LotsStore account. You can create one during sign-in.

Connect Grok Bot to LotsStore

  1. Give Grok Bot the API reference

Ask it to read the LotsStore REST reference. It can use the API from its computer.

    https://api.lotsstore.app/docs
  2. Create and securely supply an API key

Create a key at https://api.lotsstore.app/dashboard. Use the agent’s secure credential flow rather than putting a secret in your prompt.

  3. Start with a read-only request

Ask Grok Bot for something read-only, such as “List my stores in LotsStore”, before it changes anything.

What to ask next

  • “Which orders are waiting for me to accept?”
  • “We are out of the blue mug. Set its stock to 0 and tell me who ordered it this week.”
  • “Add a summer tee in sizes S, M and L as a draft so I can check it before it goes live.”
  • “How did my store do last week? Show revenue, orders and where visitors drop off.”

Grok Bot and LotsStore: questions

How do I connect Grok Bot to LotsStore?

Use the LotsStore REST API from Grok Bot’s computer. Create an API key at https://api.lotsstore.app/dashboard, configure it privately for the task and share https://api.lotsstore.app/docs with your agent. Ask it for something read-only first.

Can I connect LotsStore to Grok Bot today?

Use the REST API from Grok Bot’s computer, following the setup above. Create a LotsStore API key, supply it through secure credential storage and share https://api.lotsstore.app/docs with the agent.

Do I need an API key to use LotsStore with Grok Bot?

Yes. Create one at https://api.lotsstore.app/dashboard and keep it out of chats, logs and committed files. Where Grok Bot offers sign-in, use that instead.

What does LotsStore cost?

Current plans and prices are on https://lotsstore.app/pricing. Your agent’s own plan or usage fees are separate.

Can my agent take payments or move money?

No. Shoppers pay straight into your own Stripe or Razorpay account, by UPI to your UPI ID, or by ordering on WhatsApp, and LotsStore never holds the money. Your agent never asks for card details or payment keys: you connect Stripe or Razorpay yourself.

Can my agent delete my products or my store?

Your agent can delete a product or a category when you ask it to, and that cannot be undone, so it should confirm with you first. It cannot delete a store. The owner can archive one, which takes the storefront offline and stops billing for it, and restore it within 30 days.

Where do I see what my agent changed?

Everything your agent does shows up in your LotsStore dashboard. You approve the connection when you sign in, and you can disconnect it at any time from connected apps.
