Once connected, Muse can:
- Add and update products, variants, prices, categories and collections. New products start as drafts.
- Check and set stock for each variant.
- See new orders, accept or reject them, and mark them processing, shipped or delivered.
- Create and manage discount codes.
- Read your sales: revenue, orders, average order value and where visitors drop off.
- Look up customers, and moderate and reply to product reviews.
- Publish your storefront once you approve its address.
The LotsStore dashboard does the whole job on its own too: products, stock, orders, customers, discounts, payments and your storefront. Your agent for speed, the dashboard for control.
You need
- Muse, where it is available
- A LotsStore account. You can create one during sign-in.
Connect Muse to LotsStore
Ask Muse to add LotsStore
Ask Muse to create a custom connector for LotsStore. Share this endpoint and the API documentation at https://api.lotsstore.app/docs. Muse guides the setup and asks for the authentication it needs.
https://api.lotsstore.app/mcpSign in
When Muse asks how the server authenticates, choose sign-in. If it asks for a key instead, create one at https://api.lotsstore.app/dashboard and paste it into Muse’s credential prompt, never into the chat.
Set approval for changes
In Muse settings you can require approval for every action a connector takes. Keep it on for actions that change your data.
What to ask next
- “Which orders are waiting for me to accept?”
- “We are out of the blue mug. Set its stock to 0 and tell me who ordered it this week.”
- “Add a summer tee in sizes S, M and L as a draft so I can check it before it goes live.”
- “How did my store do last week? Show revenue, orders and where visitors drop off.”
If something goes wrong
- Muse cannot reach the server
- Check the URL ends in /mcp and that Muse chose HTTP, not a local command.

Muse and LotsStore: questions
How do I connect Muse to LotsStore?
Follow the Muse setup above to add https://api.lotsstore.app/mcp. Complete sign-in using the authentication method shown. Then ask “List my stores in LotsStore”.
Can I make Muse ask before it changes anything in LotsStore?
Yes. In Muse settings you can require approval for every action a connector takes. Keep it on for actions that change your data.
Do I need an API key to use LotsStore with Muse?
Only if the connector asks for one. Create one at https://api.lotsstore.app/dashboard and keep it out of chats, logs and committed files. Where Muse offers sign-in, use that instead.
What does LotsStore cost?
Current plans and prices are on https://lotsstore.app/pricing. Your agent’s own plan or usage fees are separate.
Can my agent take payments or move money?
No. Shoppers pay straight into your own Stripe or Razorpay account, by UPI to your UPI ID, or by ordering on WhatsApp, and LotsStore never holds the money. Your agent never asks for card details or payment keys: you connect Stripe or Razorpay yourself.
Can my agent delete my products or my store?
Your agent can delete a product or a category when you ask it to, and that cannot be undone, so it should confirm with you first. It cannot delete a store. The owner can archive one, which takes the storefront offline and stops billing for it, and restore it within 30 days.
Where do I see what my agent changed?
Everything your agent does shows up in your LotsStore dashboard. You approve the connection when you sign in, and you can disconnect it at any time from connected apps.
