What nanoclaw can do with LotsStore

Once connected, nanoclaw can:

  • Add and update products, variants, prices, categories and collections. New products start as drafts.
  • Check and set stock for each variant.
  • See new orders, accept or reject them, and mark them processing, shipped or delivered.
  • Create and manage discount codes.
  • Read your sales: revenue, orders, average order value and where visitors drop off.
  • Look up customers, and moderate and reply to product reviews.
  • Publish your storefront once you approve its address.

The LotsStore dashboard does the whole job on its own too: products, stock, orders, customers, discounts, payments and your storefront. Your agent for speed, the dashboard for control.

You need

  • A current nanoclaw installation with remote HTTP MCP support
  • Administrator access to its group configuration and credential gateway
  • A LotsStore API key
  • A LotsStore account. You can create one during sign-in.

Connect nanoclaw to LotsStore

  1. Add the server to your agent’s group

On the host, merge this entry into mcpServers in groups/<group-folder>/container.json. Keep the group’s existing configuration. nanoclaw mounts this file into the agent container at startup.

    { "mcpServers": { "lots-commerce": { "type": "http", "url": "https://api.lotsstore.app/mcp" } } }
  2. Configure the credential gateway

Create a LotsStore API key at https://api.lotsstore.app/dashboard. Store it in your installation’s credential gateway, scoped to api.lotsstore.app, and configure the Authorization header as Bearer followed by the key. Allow the agent’s group to use that connection; keep the real key out of container.json.

  3. Start a new agent session

Restart the affected agent session so it loads the server. Ask nanoclaw “List my stores in LotsStore” before changing anything.

What to ask next

  • “Which orders are waiting for me to accept?”
  • “We are out of the blue mug. Set its stock to 0 and tell me who ordered it this week.”
  • “Add a summer tee in sizes S, M and L as a draft so I can check it before it goes live.”
  • “How did my store do last week? Show revenue, orders and where visitors drop off.”

Check your credential gateway’s connection, group grant and network policy for api.lotsstore.app. The remote MCP entry alone does not authorize network access or supply credentials.

nanoclaw and LotsStore: questions

How do I connect nanoclaw to LotsStore?

Follow the nanoclaw setup above to add https://api.lotsstore.app/mcp. Configure your LotsStore API key using the credential settings shown. Then ask “List my stores in LotsStore”.

Is nanoclaw the same installation as OpenClaw?

No. They are separate projects and runtimes. Follow nanoclaw’s group configuration and credential-gateway steps above; OpenClaw has its own MCP setup.

Do I need an API key to use LotsStore with nanoclaw?

Yes. Create one at https://api.lotsstore.app/dashboard and keep it out of chats, logs and committed files. Where nanoclaw offers sign-in, use that instead.

What does LotsStore cost?

Current plans and prices are on https://lotsstore.app/pricing. Your agent’s own plan or usage fees are separate.

Can my agent take payments or move money?

No. Shoppers pay straight into your own Stripe or Razorpay account, by UPI to your UPI ID, or by ordering on WhatsApp, and LotsStore never holds the money. Your agent never asks for card details or payment keys: you connect Stripe or Razorpay yourself.

Can my agent delete my products or my store?

Your agent can delete a product or a category when you ask it to, and that cannot be undone, so it should confirm with you first. It cannot delete a store. The owner can archive one, which takes the storefront offline and stops billing for it, and restore it within 30 days.

Where do I see what my agent changed?

Everything your agent does shows up in your LotsStore dashboard. You approve the connection when you sign in, and you can disconnect it at any time from connected apps.

The server is configured but requests are blocked

Check your credential gateway’s connection, group grant and network policy for api.lotsstore.app. The remote MCP entry alone does not authorize network access or supply credentials.
